The restaurant is named after a Christian missionary who was a doctor, health officer, newspaperman,
an advisor to a previous king; he was the first western physician to enter Siam as a missionary in 1835.

The lounge is named after the great Chinese voyager Admiral Zheng He who covered more of the world than any one before him. This great explorer sailed with the biggest fleet of ships (or junks) from China to South East Asia, India, Ceylon, Persia and Africa some 600 years ago. Some suggests that he had actually visited the Americas and Australasia as well.

Both the Restaurant & the Lounge are available for hosting private parties and they are suitable for parties of 30, 50 or 100 persons for anniversaries and events. We provide buffet catering, full bar, and even live music in accordance with your wishes.
