Exclusions & Additional Charges
• Rates do not include personal laundry, gratuities, car rental, cost of food and drinks, personal items and expenses, and any excessive cleaning required upon departure (such as upholstery or rug shampooing, etc) or replacement of breakages. Fair wear and tear accepted. All the above charges are payable by you locally.
• Renter agrees to pay the owner for the cost of repairing or replacing (solely at the owner’s discretion) any item of property, or contents at the Villa which is damaged due to negligence or willful default of the renter during the renter’s occupation, or which is missing.
• The person in whose name the booking is made acts on behalf of all other persons named, and becomes responsible to the owner for all payments in respect of the booking.

Deposit
• An initial deposit of 30% of the Villa rental must be paid before the booking is confirmed and a contract comes into existence.
• No contract will exist until the funds and the signed booking form has been received and accepted by Koh Phangan Holiday Homes. If funds are not received within 7 banking days the reservation shall be deemed as being cancelled. Should the booking be cancelled, cancellation charges will become payable in accordance with cancellation Paragraph hereto.

Balance Payment
Payment of the outstanding balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to your departure date. For bookings made within 30 days, you must pay the full amount of the holiday when you book.
