We pride ourselves with our level of customer support. After all, there’s no point having a VIP holiday if the customer support isn’t up to scratch. We offer the following as standard for all our VIP holidays that you will find on our website:

• A free mobile Sim card and initial pre pay allocation for your phone. This supports most mobile phones, but please ensure that your phone is unlocked. If your phone isn’t unlocked, we can also provide a basic phone at a nominal cost. This will be your Thailand number and our best way of contacting you. For a modest charge, we can also arrange mobile broadband from your phone (again, depending on which phone you have an it being unlocked). This may require you visiting a technical support centre for one of the mobile operators in the centre of Bangkok (our host will take you there).

• A free full access online account with all your pertinent travel details stored for you, and a regular update by ourselves on your account from the time you book until after completion of your journey. Your host will also update all account details for you during your stay, depending on your requirements. We use the Trip It digital engine for this.  Note that this isn't a requirement, purely an added value service as part of our VIP offering. Not all of our customers are interested in accessing their details online while on holiday, and if you want to forget the internet while you are on holiday, we will adjust our ways of keeping you up to date accordingly.

• Phone access to your personal local host in Thailand (you will have their mobile number prior to arriving in Thailand) during each day that you are there, and a local 24/7-hotline support number for emergency use. This service is standard for all bookings with us. You will also have access to our UK contact customer number throughout your journey.

• For certain trips, you will have your host accompany you both for your comfort and safety at all times.  For silver and gold packages your host will be accompanying you for most excursions.

• All our drivers have been previously vetted and are there to ensure both your comfort and safety. We only use highly qualified drivers and the most modern vehicles.

• For those who require additional security on their trip to Thailand, we can also provide full bodyguard protection for visiting VIPs/celebrities/dignitaries with our special select group of ex military security guards. Contact us for costs and further details.
